We manage single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadraplexes, and apartments in Tallahassee. Our services include:
Standard Rate: 10% of monthly income.
Leasing Fee: 50% of one month's rent (min $400).
Renewal Fee: $150 | Subsequent Lease: $250
Discounts available for multiple units (5-9 units: 9%, 10+ units: 8%).
We maximize exposure through listings on our site and others, yard signs, flyers, and local ads.
We rigorously screen applicants:
For owners who self-manage but need help finding a tenant, we offer a placement-only service for one month's rent (or $500, whichever is greater).
We handle all maintenance requests using independent contractors. We pass volume discounts directly to owners and do not markup maintenance costs.
